this is something we have done on the wombourne forum.
but i think it is good. what are your long and short term goals in kayaking
ill start with cart wheeling,
left side double pump
dry hair back deck roll.
more long term
running more grade four in the uk
4 star
3 star free style.
so what are your goals ?

For a Sunday paddler. Paddle on Sunday s. Easy. There r 52 Sunday's in a year
52 is the magic number.

Short term roll on both sides
long term don't swim
improve membership and participation

paddle more is the biggest one gaining more experience with every paddle
long term
Do 3star and possibly become a coach
also as Norman said improve membership and participation within the club

Short term - confident off side roll, as it's now part of the 3 star award!
learn off side back deck roll
improve confidence on grade IV water ( ie, more GIV paddling!)
longer term - 4* river leader - 5*....!
Playboating goals - bow stalls, cartwheels, loops - 3* freestyle award.

Short term: Learn to roll and gain confidence. Also pass 2 star.
Longer term: to paddle grade 2-3 rivers.
