Paddles during August will be decided week by week to ensure that there is coaching cover. |
When there is a river trip, it is essential that those wishing to attend get to the club promptly so that arrangements can be made to move kayaks and people to the get in location.
During the Friday evening sessions, we will be running the British Canoe Union star awards system where we will be instructing and testing for the awards. (see closed cockpit kayak award).
What clothes do you need to paddle?
Swimming Costume
‘T’ shirts (a few thin rather than one thick)
Old trainers and socks
Light trousers (no jeans)
Track suit
Windproof Cagoule
Towel.
A set of warm dry clothing to change into at end of trip
