There will be other which will be announced nearer to when they are to be run.
There will also be some paddles arranged for during the Friday evenings river sessions from either Arley or Trimpley to Bewdley.

Pool Sessions      

These sessions are held on the Friday evenings identified below at the
Wyre Forest Glade Swimming Pool in Kidderminster from 8:00pm to 10:00pm.

Due to the high cost of hiring the swimming pool, the cost for members and non-members, with or without kit is £5

A maximum of three visits is allowed then full membership is required

Please note, for safety reasons we are only allowed 20 people in the pool at any one time

The pool sessions were a great success last year, thank you to everyone who attended as without your support we would not be able to hold these sessions.

River Sessions
 River sessions have now finished for the winter.

The dates below are when the club will meet on the river at Bewdley. The session is on a Friday evening  with the session starting at around 6:30/6:45pm.

     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
Paddles during August will be decided week by week to ensure that there is coaching cover.

When there is a river trip, it is essential that those wishing to attend get to the club promptly so that arrangements can be made to move kayaks and people to the get in location.
During the Friday evening sessions, we will be running the British Canoe Union star awards system where we will be instructing and testing for the awards. (see closed cockpit kayak award).

What clothes do you need to paddle?
Swimming Costume
‘T’ shirts (a few thin rather than one thick)
Old trainers and socks
Light trousers (no jeans)
Track suit
Windproof Cagoule
Towel.
A set of warm dry clothing to change into at end of trip
