I have to go to London to collect a refrigeration unit And will be going via Lee Valley.
The upside is - I can give 2 people a lift. Have fun on the legacy course. Eat at the best kebab place in the South.
Down side is - a detour in to Lodon. There may be fantastic rivers running else where.

So 4 WFcc and Phil aka Lomo man headed of to lee valley on sunday.
Duncan, Phil and Ali passed the legacy course top job.
Phil then went on to attempt the olympic course assesment.
had a great day thanks guys.
Lee valley is a fantastic place and would encourage anyone to go down there and have a play.
Olympic course is a good proving ground for people wanting to run bigger water or work up to grade 4. One of the few places you can run that sort of water with very limited consiquences.
