Ok looks like not many rivers running. Options r. The T or Lea Valley.

If u haven't been before. An assessment is needed to be completed. Which has to be booked in advance. Which requires coordination. So the whole group can be assessed together. So u can't decide at the last minute.

just to clarify you do not need an assesment for the t. just for lee valley.

lee valley is really worth a visit if you havent been there and paddled.

sadly i cant join you this weekend Zaf got too much decorating to do :(
